Bruce Jenner to sue CNN and New York Daily News for running a photo of him wearing a dress in his porch last week. Though the photos has since been taken down, it went viral on social media.
According to Fox News, Bruce is likely to sue both site for obtaining the photos illegally using a telephoto lens to capture the moment from a mile away.
Under the California law, photographers can be found liable for invasion of privacy for using telephoto lens to capture images of people engaged in their personal or family activities. Bruce is said not to be ashamed of the photo but felt violated because he was on his own property when the images were captured. His lawyer said Bruce will enforce his right to privacy.
