"Governors have no right over LG funds" says NGF,Chairman.

The Nigerian Governors Forum,Chairman;Governor Abdulazeez Yari,who is also the governor of Zamfara State said no governor has a right to hold on to local government funds,even though there is joint account practised,the constitution should be strickly followed on how funds are being shared between the state government and local government.
