Ooni of Ife:Properties Are Being Moved Out of Palace By Family.

The family of the late Ooni of Ife ;Oba Okunade Sijuwade may have started moving their belongings out of the palace, also known as "Ile Oodua" following the widely reported death of the monarch in a London hospital,some of the traditional chiefs claimed he's still alive.his absence at his son's wedding of a recent speaks volume confirming the authenticity of his death.

An Ife traditional title holder, who claimed anonymity says his remain has arrived the palace and being kept in a place called Ile'gbo, the corpse was received by the Isoro cult early this week.

"His journey to the throne started from Ile'gbo,that's where he was installed Ooni and that is the place,where anyone that will succeed him will also be installed.All rites will be done while his body is being kept there,that doesn't mean that a formal announcement of his death will be made soon,it may take some time,it basically depends on the decision taken by the Isoro Cult.
