5 men have been charged for allegedly impregnating a 13 year old girl. The men appeared before the magistrate court in Katsina, today. Those involved are: Amadu Mirake 60, Samaila Hamza 30, Hasan Surajo 40, Sani Abdullahi 30, and Hassan Ila 40. According to police reports, the accused persons committed the the offense on the 2nd of September. It was also revealed that the suspects have been having unprotected sex with the 13 year old minor.
The police are still investigating the case, while the case have been forwarded to the Ministry of Justice for advice.
