The residents of Oke Ola street in Abeokuta, Ogun state, when a huge rock slid off its base and rolled into a house, killing 4 family members. It was reported that on Friday, during a very heavy down pour, the rock slid off its position where it has been for 8 years or more, and rolled into the family sized house crushing the mother and 3 kids. The neighbours said that, the sound of the rolling rock was drowned by the heavy down pour. They were all aware of what happened when the father who escaped from the tragic incident, because he slept in the sitting room, came out screaming for help.
