A traditional ruler at odo-onosa village in Lagos state,identified as Jimoh Balogun and two others, Morufu Adekoya and Adefowope Kazeem. were arraigned before a Lagos High court sitting for rape and armed robbery. It was gathered that,the defendants who were well armed, raped one Adeomi Ayomide and rubbed her of her wristwatches,her laptop and N272,000.
According to the prosecutoer ,the offenses committed are contrary and punishable under sections 297,295 and 258 of the crimiinal law of Lagos state 2011.
