News have it that unidentified helicopter on wednesday,plunged into the ocean beneath Third Mainland Bridge,behind Oworonshoki police station,Lagos.An eye witness said that the helicopter made a loud noise before nose-diving into the ocean,adding that the police and officials of the National Emergency Management Agency(NEM),South-West have begun rescue efforts.
