Extremely Graphics: Girl helplessly vomiting blood at Ikorodu.

Someone twitted at Giditraffic yesterday this highly graphic photo of a young girl vomiting blood through her nose and mouth at Ikorodu. And the annoying part is people just standing and watching Her. I don't know if she is dead or alive but with the amount of blood on her it will be a miracle.

Can someone pls explain this to the rest of us cause am still thinking of what medical condition that can lead to this? Or is it ritual? I don't trust...
