Pope turns Down Dinner With U.S President, to Dine With 300 Homeless Instead

Pope Francis who landed in U.S on Thursday, turned down the offer to dine with the U.S President and congressmen. But decided to dine with 300 homeless people instead. The dinner was served in a tent, set up outside St Patrick Catholic Church, and was held by charity organisations.

Speaking about the issue,the pope said;
''Let us treat others with the same passion and compassion with which we want to be treated. Let us seek for others the same possibilities which we seek ourselves. Let  us help others to grow,as we would like to be helped ,ourselves''
