Ex-president's Community Begs For Portable Water.

Despite holding various major leadership position for sixteen years,where he had opportunities to better the life of his people,ex-president Goodluck Jonathan could not provide portable water for residents of his home town,Otuoke,Ogbia Local Government,Bayelsa State.
The water scarcity in Otuoke is similar to that of many parts of Nigeria,where half of the one hundred and sixty million population lack access to pipe-borne water.
On sunday,Elijah Ateki,the chairman,Community Development Committee in Otuoke bemoaned the scarcity of portable water in the area. A corp member serving in the area expressed dissatisfaction with the situation and called for government intervention.
