24 year old Danielle Whipple has been charged with child abuse for beating up her daughter, after she deliberately flushed $720 down the toilet, which was kept for the the house rent. The girl took this drastic action as a way of getting back at her mom for not letting her watch a movie.
A nosy neighbour called the police, and when the authorities arrived the scene, they saw the girl with a bloody nose,a black eye and red marks on the cheek.
Danielle Whipple was charged with child abuse. And the girl is currently staying with her mum's boyfriend.
